Just last week the Hamilton-Halton Home Builders Association awarded New Horizon Homes the BEST CONDOMINIUM-1200 sq ft and over for our BEVERLY model at Westwood. We feel this win was in part due to your exemplary staging at the model suite.

In November of 2007 we made a marketing decision to have our on-staff designer make hard product selections for our model homes and to out source a supplier to provide the finishing details such as furnishing, wall hangings, drapery, area rugs and other accessories. We have heard the name STAGING HOUSE around town in the course of shopping for a supplier. From the moment we met on site, we knew that you ‘get it’. We were impressed with the through budget preparation and power point visual presentation. At the unveiling of the Westwood suite in early December you delivered results on target and budget.

Our relationship grew with the breathtaking 3300 sq ft model home at Royal Highland Estates in Brantford. Once again, our expectations were exceeded in the eclectic and impactful staging you unveiled. Each visitor to this model home is stirred by the products, textures and colour palate presented. We will confidently enter this model home into the Provincial and Nation award categories within our industry in 2009.
