We are a dream for home builders – we look after all the purchasing, the budget, the install, the manpower, the trucks, the garbage removal, the logistics of everything that is required to get a model home completely styled. We can also organize cleaning crews prior to the install and photography afterwards.
We liaise with the site supervisor or general contractor for the install so as not to get in the way of other trades on the site. We have a facility to store all of the furnishings from the start of the purchasing until the install date. This means you save on storage fees.
We are members of various trade organizations, and are always keeping up on current trends and esthetics. We have great relationships with our suppliers so we can get quality pieces at wholesale prices, and pass the discount on to you, the builder. We really take the time to understand the target market of each property and we decorate to appeal to that demographic.
